Tonight, I was fortunate to attend a Champagne tasting and class at Cuvee. Specializing in sparkling wines and champagnes, the third-floor space is warm and inviting. This riddling rack is like those used in the making of bubbly, the bottles gradually turned and changed from a slight to sharp angle.
