Old Settlers Club

Down at Cathedral Square, there's a plaque showing various buildings that previously stood on the site. Beneath the image, the engraving says:

A little searching turned up the Papers of the Old Settlers Club, published in 1916. I'll have to keep this bookmarked for future reading.
