With the week's cold temperatures, it made for great ice-making. As a result, Slice of Ice at Red Arrow Park downtown opened this afternoon and over a week early. A large oval rink with the City/County Christmas Tree and the Marcus Center in the background make for a great place to skate or watch those that do.
