The 2009 edition of the Holiday Lights Festival and the lighting of the City/County Christmas Tree will be held this coming Thursday. The celebration starts at 4:30pm at Red Arrow Park, and continues at Pere Marquette Park at 5:30. Today's photo is from last year's event.
