This weekend is Irish Fest in Milwaukee, one of the largest and best celebrations of Irish heritage in the country. A couple weeks back, I ran across this bagpipe band from the Shamrock Club of Milwaukee practicing in a parking lot. Sort of an impromptu concert, if you will.
