As part of its Park East Corridor Project, IN:SITE has installed temporary public art pieces throughout the former freeway. This piece is called "Framing Place", and is one of four similar frames created by Chris Bach and Cat Pham. By looking through the holes in the boards, you see a selected section of Park East scenery.
