Today's photo is another sculpture from Wisconsin Avenue. This one is a stone column with decorative top, and the inscription on the base reads "Presented to the City of Milwaukee by the Carnival Association June 26 1900". Why the Carnival Association saw the need to award the city with this, I don't know, but it must have been a good reason.
