Under the railroad bridge on Pittsburgh Street just west of 1st Street, there are some small illustrations attached to the framing. This one appears to be done on a plastic cap from some sort of jug, and has a picture of a head with the words "Sneak Thief" written just above the head. It was certainly not what I was expecting to find in such a place, and quite a surprise at that.
