Milwaukee Public Museum

The Milwaukee Public Museum is celebrating its 125th anniversary this year. The roots of the museum are connected to some recent photos; the German-English Academy, and the Public Library, both of which housed the museum's collections prior to its current home. The sculpture of a Native American and wild swans in flight that hangs on the side of the building was created by Marshall M. Fredericks.
