Polaris' End

After almost 30 years in business, the Polaris Restaurant at the top of the Milwaukee Hyatt will close on April 12th after serving Easter Brunch. The rotating dining room offered diners a full-circle view of the city, moving ever-so-slowly, but quickly enough that you knew you were moving. The hotel's signature restaurant will be moving to a ground-floor location, and the space left by the restaurant's closing will be available for special events.
