If you're in town on a Friday or Saturday evening between now and December 20th, you might want to take a drive to Miller Valley and see the holiday lights show. This year's show is titled "Share the Lights in the Miller Valley". The display, surrounding the Plank-Road Brewery building, includes over 15 miles of light strands and 200,000 LED lights, and the lights are synchronized to the music of Trans-Siberian Orchestra. Special 30-minute tours of the lights and the newly renovated caves are available at the Visitors Center on State Street from 5pm to 8pm on Fridays and Saturdays through the 20th. The light show dates back to the 1950's, and was discontinued in 1973 for the energy crisis. The show was brought back 4 years ago.
