This sculpture - "Impossible Dream", by Elmer Winter, sits on the Riverwalk near Kincaid's Restaurant. It appears to be made entirely of car bumpers. A unique use of materials, resulting in an interesting piece of art. There are other pieces nearby as well. Take some time to stop by and see all of them!
