This sculpture is one of a pair that sits in front of the Milwaukee Public Library at the Wells Street entrance. The work, by Richard Taylor, is called "A Beam Of Sun To Shake The Sky". Its bright red finish and gold flame at the top really catch your eye as you drive down the street.
